Our client is a prominent independent insurance agency headquartered in Houston, Texas. With 15 physical locations and over 20 years of history, they are a staple in the Houston community. They are currently in a high-growth phase, expanding their digital footprint to reach new audiences in the Commercial Auto and Business Owners (BOP) markets.
About the Role
This is a comprehensive digital marketing role designed for a creative professional who can manage both the "look" and the "engine" of a brand. You will be responsible for moving the agency from a manual, intermittent posting schedule to a high-frequency, multi-platform powerhouse. You will manage the content lifecycle, local SEO for 15 branches, and lead-generating paid ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Platform Expansion
High-Frequency Production: Create and schedule a consistent flow of Reels and static posts (not just one per week) to keep the brand active and engaging.
Multi-Platform Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of Facebook and Instagram, while spearheading the agencyβs launch and growth in other platforms.
Bilingual Storytelling: Use Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to translate complex insurance topics into relatable, bilingual content for a primarily Hispanic audience.
Paid Advertising (Meta Ads Manager)
Campaign Execution: Manage the Meta Ads Manager to run paid campaigns that drive actual quote inquiries and business leads.
Optimization: Monitor ad performance and work to adjust creative and targeting based on what is driving the best ROI for the agency.
Local SEO & Reputation Management
Google Business Profiles (GBP): Manage and optimize the listings for 15 physical locations, ensuring hours are accurate, updates are posted, and client reviews are addressed promptly.
Community Engagement: Serve as the "Voice of the Brand" by responding to DMs, comments, and inbox messages in both English and Spanish.
Must-have Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Social Media Management with a strong portfolio in Canva and Short-form Video (Reels/TikTok).
Bilingual Mastery: Must be 100% fluent in written and verbal Spanish and English.
Technical Ad Experience: Proven experience navigating Meta Ads Manager (Business Suite) to run paid campaigns.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to scale content production and caption writing.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
Experience managing multiple Google Business Profiles for a brand with physical branch locations.
Previous experience in the insurance, finance, or professional services industry.
Familiarity with the Houston, TX market or a similar US-based Hispanic demographic.
