We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated, problem-solving Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll work with a small team to build solutions in AWS that keep CompanyCam’s web and mobile applications humming. You’ll collaborate with product engineers to deploy new features and improve our existing infrastructure to make it more reliable, resilient, and secure.
You'll bring depth in one or more of the following: database operations and performance tuning, search infrastructure (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch), or observability and monitoring. You'll help us scale and harden the systems that underpin CompanyCam's products as we grow.
If you have strong Infrastructure skills and experience in another area, we’d love to talk.
Our engineering team is remote-first, spanning every timezone across the U.S. We welcome all backgrounds and value capability over credentials; whether you have a CS degree, a high school diploma, or no diploma at all, if you’re skilled and collaborative, you’re welcome here.
We partner with product teams who work in synchronized multi-week cycles with dedicated planning phases. Our team actively collaborates with these product teams while ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of our production systems. We share weekly updates to track goals and maintain alignment, while giving you the flexibility to manage your work in the way that works best for you.
Meetings are purposeful and few. We champion a healthy work environment where you can focus on quality work during your 8-hour day and then log off. Nights and weekends are for you, not for work.

This is a salaried/hourly position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $175,000 -$185,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
