Location & eligibility: This role is open to Europe-based candidates only with a valid right to work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the team in implementing initiatives in our channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube) to optimize the performance of our campaigns, increase incremental revenue, and strengthen our brand awareness.
Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization as well as interesting insights and trends.
Assist the team with our creatives management process to ensure we deliver the best ads by providing creative input and collaborating with designers and external partners.
Co-manage ad accounts for some of our markets, which entails regular performance analysis and campaign implementation and optimisations.
Follow the test and learn approach with the team to further advance the set up of our campaigns and improve efficiency.
Provide administrative support to the paid social team as needed, including documentation, and file management.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in performance marketing.
