đź’» About the role

This is not a traditional content manager role.

As Content Operations Lead, you will own content systems end-to-end across our iGaming websites — from idea → prototype → execution → measurement. You’ll design scalable workflows that blend human creativity, automation, and AI to deliver high-quality, high-impact content for the Brazilian market.

You won’t write every piece yourself — but you will be accountable for how content is planned, produced, structured, measured, improved, and shipped. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Outreach, acting as a driving force behind content performance in competitive, fast-changing markets.

In general, this role means:

  • Turns ideas into working prototypes (Figma, Miro, Lovable, Replit, or equivalent).

  • Designs end-to-end workflows for content creation, QA, structure, and automation.

  • Can operate with real ownership, pushing initiatives forward without hand-holding.

  • Understands constraints (no user accounts, no login, dynamic operator sites) and adapts methods accordingly.

  • Communicates with clarity — not buzzwords.

  • Moves concepts into production-ready outputs with measurable goals.

  • Apply UX and clarity principles to ensure content is genuinely helpful, usable, and conversion-oriented.

  • Analyze competitors and leverage insights to stay ahead in Brazil’s fast-moving betting market.

  • Support digital PR and outreach, contributing local insight, strategic angles, and content hooks.

  • Continuously optimize, running experiments and proposing improvements backed by data and reasoning.
