Job description

We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong focus on social media analytics and performance metrics to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and driving strategy through numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze social media performance across multiple platforms (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Build and track KPIs such as CTR, ROI, CAC, and retention metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities through data analysis
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to optimize campaigns
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and digital performance KPIs
  • Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, R, or similar
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Experience working with large datasets and extracting insights
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience working with APIs from social media platforms
