Job description

This is a fixed-term contract role until the end of 2026.

You are someone who goes beyond advisory roles to build, ship, and scale solutions that drive real adoption and measurable business impact.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):
In this role, you’ll be our AI transformation lead, responsible for embedding AI into the very fabric of how we work. You will identify the highest-value opportunities for automation across Product, Finance, People, and Customer Service, moving quickly from pilot to production. Your focus will be on driving genuine behavior change, setting internal standards, and ensuring we scale AI responsibly and effectively. This is not a research or advisory role. You are expected to build, ship, iterate, and scale.

Day-to-day you can expect to:

  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases with clear ROI and business value

  • Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions

  • Partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Data teams to integrate pilot solutions into production

  • Run training and coaching sessions to upskill teams across the company on AI tools like Claude, Skills on Claude, Copilot to increase adoption and scale AI usage

  • Create playbooks and repeatable patterns to embed AI into daily workflows

  • Establish guardrails and standards for responsible AI usage and data compliance

  • Monitor productivity improvements and iterate on solutions based on performance data

To be successful, you'll have:

  • A proven track record of delivering AI or automation solutions with measurable impact

  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows like Claude Code, Cowork, Codex, Skills, Building Agents & Subagents and ChatGPT

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage change

  • A commercial mindset focused on efficiency, cost savings, and ROI

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work across diverse business units

  • An understanding of responsible AI usage, risk management, and regulatory requirements

  • A detail-oriented approach to ensuring the reliability and usability of deployed solutions

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Experience working in a fast-moving scale-up or private equity-backed environment

  • Familiarity with low-code automation tools to speed up delivery

  • Experience building internal AI capability programs or playbooks from scratch

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 4 main stages:

  • Application

  • Short call with a member of the TA team

  • 45-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member

  • Final Interview and task with two members of the team
