Roles & Responsibilities

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications preferred

Requirements:

  • Manage multiple BIPA and data-team projects in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with external partners and driving project delivery through planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Serve as Scrum Master for the BIPA development team, guiding Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall SDLC processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts (charters, resource plans, stakeholder registries, timelines) and monitor capacity, risks, issues, and blockers, escalating to senior leaders as needed
  • Communicate project objectives and status to stakeholders, lead meetings with clear agendas and minutes, and ensure action items are completed with timely weekly updates

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our proactive and dynamic team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Data IT Product Management, the IT Project Manager (PM) role is primarily responsible for managing activities related to the development and implementation of BIPA project initiatives and other data team initiatives. Project initiatives can include, but are not limited to, reporting and analytics, data quality improvement and cross-functional data projects. The PM will lead project teams and work with business partners to help drive solutions needed to support the practice and strategic goals of Radiology Partners. The PM will also help lead the BIPA development team as a scrum master using an Agile and or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology.

Position Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Remote - LATAM

What you will be doing:

  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, following the SDLC process.
  • Manage multiple projects for the BIPA and data team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasionally manage projects for other teams under Data Services or cross-functional teams as directed by your supervisor.
  • Effectively plan, schedule, and drive projects internal to our Data Services development teams and with involvement of external business partners or IT customers.
  • Schedule, lead, and drive project backlog refinement meetings, sprint planning meetings, daily project standups, and retrospectives.
  • Primarily responsible for backlog maintenance and adding Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks as directed by the technical lead and development team.
  • Strong competencies in monitoring team capacity, risk mitigation, issue resolution, removing roadblocks impacting deliverables, and escalating problems to senior leaders in a timely manner.
  • Develop and manage project charters, resource plans, stakeholder registries, project plans, and project timelines with clearly defined deliverables and milestones.
  • Track and document daily progress and provide timely weekly status updates to teammates, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Schedule meetings with clear agendas, document and send minutes, and follow up on all next steps discussed during meetings to ensure action items are completed.
  • Communicate clear project objectives to internal team members and business partners at project kickoff, or as needed throughout each project, to keep all involved parties aligned.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Create a collaborative and safe team environment that promotes productivity through transparency and accountability.


Requirements & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an IT healthcare environment, provider side preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master, CSM, and Project Management Professional, PMP, certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and SharePoint highly desirable.
  • Experience working on a reporting and analytics team, with background in data management, enterprise data warehousing, and data governance, is highly desirable.
  • Able to lead independently and take direction and feedback from others.
  • Strong time management skills, active listening, and decision making abilities.
  • Promotes collaboration and demonstrates high emotional intelligence.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills to achieve successful project outcomes.
