Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales or new business development, preferably in property and casualty insurance or with carriers and MGAs
  • Experience building and managing executive-level relationships with insurance carriers and MGAs
  • Strong prospecting abilities and experience closing enterprise-level deals using multi-channel outreach (cold calls, email, in-person meetings, networking)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and pipeline management skills

Job description

Position Purpose

The primary goal of the Enterprise Account Executive is to identify, acquire, and grow new relationships across all Input 1 product offerings, excluding SaaS solutions. This position will focus on establishing and nurturing connections with insurance carriers and managing general agents within the assigned region to drive business growth and expand market presence.

About the Role

Input 1 is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to expand our presence within the property and casualty insurance industry. This role is focused on new business development, strategic relationship building, and driving revenue growth with insurance carriers and Managing General Agents (MGAs).

This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building executive relationships, and closing enterprise-level deals.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business revenue through proactive prospecting and relationship development
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with C-level leaders at insurance carriers and MGAs
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, email, in-person meetings, and industry networking
  • Qualify and engage inbound leads and opportunities
  • Schedule and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel from discovery to close
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to uncover additional opportunities and referrals
  • Collaborate with the Executive VP of Sales / CSO to achieve company growth objectives
  • Deliver predictable and high-quality sales results
  • Provide weekly pipeline and progress updates to sales leadership
