Epic Sr Manager

The Ambulatory Application Manager provides day to day management for the Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Applications ensuring the system fully supports the company's clinical, operational and financial goals. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for guiding the team that operationalizes our most critical ambulatory systems with specialized focus on genetic counselor workflows and genomic data integrations. Reporting to senior leadership this manager will be the direct interface between strategic business needs and technical delivery. The focus of this role will be on maximizing team performance ensuring quality of all system builds, and delivering optimized, high quality, and reliable experiences.

Required:

10+ years of extensive experience in Ambulatory and MyChart including multiple full implementations
5+ years' experience managing technical teams or leading large scale initiatives
Demonstrated success overseeing enterprise level change initiatives involving optimization
Deep understanding of Ambulatory Clinical workflows including scheduling, check-in, and clinical documentation
Advanced knowledge of EMR/EHR integrations, including HL7 messaging and APIs
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
Strong program management skills expertise in governance, risk management, and change controls
