  • Support onboarding of new clients and monitor relationship health to detect risks and ensure a seamless experience

🌟 Account Manager 🌟 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Are you the person who makes everything run smoothly and ensures nothing gets lost? We are looking for a Client Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and the consulting team. You will be their voice, guiding them every day and ensuring that each project moves forward with clarity, confidence, and excellence.
🚀 Your Mission
Be the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining constant communication via email, Slack, and phone calls. Lead status updates and confidently answer routine questions. Manage incoming requests: resolve, escalate, and close the loop efficiently. Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables, anticipating potential bottlenecks. Prepare clear documentation: recaps, trackers, and updates. Support the onboarding of new clients and guarantee a seamless experience.
Monitor the health of the relationship and detect risks before they become problems.
🎯 Requirements
-Experience: More than 3 years in Account Management, Customer -Success, or Project Management (preferably in agencies, consultancies, or SaaS). -Advanced English level B2+, C1 -Business Context: Fluency in B2B concepts (Sales Pipeline, CRM, GTM alignment). -Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills (ability to write diplomatic emails and executive summaries independently). -Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence to handle frustrated clients and a strong instinct for project management. -Tools: User-level familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Slack.
Desirable: -Previous experience working in boutique consultancies or advisory firms. -Exposure to GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops concepts. -Previous experience working directly with founders or high-level senior teams.
