The Role:
Miovision is on a mission to modernize the world's cities. We collect traffic data and uncover insights that help governments reduce traffic congestion, improve public safety, and make urban mobility smarter. As our Enterprise Account Executive for the ITS Division, you aren't just selling technology—you’re helping solve modern day traffic problems. 

Your objective is to serve as the strategic lead for your territory, driving regional growth by cultivating high-level government relationships and delivering complex, hybrid hardware-and-software solutions that modernize city infrastructure.

The Territory 
You will have total ownership over a high-potential region including Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii. You must be based in one of these states to be considered, as local context is key to building trust with our clients.

How You’ll Help Us Win:   

  • Own the Region: You’ll develop the strategic roadmap to hit revenue goals and expand Miovision’s footprint across 8 states.
  • Strategic Opportunity Management: You’ll lead the charge on joint RFP responses and navigate complex opportunities to shape specifications toward Miovision’s solutions. 
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: You will cultivate a broad network of influence, engaging with City Departments, Engineering Firms, and Academic experts to build consensus and guide accounts through the complex public-sector journey.
  • Collaborate to Win: You will orchestrate internal resources (Public Safety, Customer Success, Solution Engineers, and Marketing) to help you close and expand accounts.
  • Advise and Educate: Become the go-to subject matter expert on ITS solutions, helping city leaders understand the future of "Intelligent Mobility."
  • Market Insight and Positioning: Monitor shifting industry trends, competitor movements, and technical evolutions to effectively differentiate the Miovision value proposition within the ITS landscape.
  • Strategic Forecasting and Growth: Develop comprehensive sales action plans and rigorous monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting models to ensure predictable pipeline growth and regional scale.
What You’ll Bring:
  • GovTech Experience: You have 5+ years of experience selling technology to government agencies. You understand the long cycles, the RFP process, and the "public good" mindset.
  • Ecosystem and Channel Synergy: You bring experience working with channel partners, distributors, and consultants. You understand how to leverage these relationships to amplify your reach and navigate local procurement hurdles.
  • Strategic Acumen: You don't just wait for leads; you build territory plans and manage a complex pipeline (Salesforce or similar CRM mastery is a must).
  • Entrepreneurial Autonomy: You have the drive to operate independently and own your results, but you recognize that winning in this space is a team sport. You know exactly when to pull in your cross-functional teams to close complex deals.
  • Strategic Selling and Influence: You are comfortable handling high-stakes communication, and capable of building trust with senior city officials and engineering executives alike. You don't just sell features; you influence long-term infrastructure strategy by framing Miovision as an essential partner in their city’s evolution. 
  • Domain Expertise: You bring a deep-rooted understanding of the Mobility or ITS landscape, ideally backed by a network of existing relationships with key agencies and engineering consultants in the region.
  • Hybrid Technology Fluency: You are equally comfortable navigating the nuances of software systems and hardware-integrated deployments and you can effectively communicate the value of both. 
  • Travel: You’re ready to get out into the field, meet customers, and represent us at major trade shows.
