  • Participate in the testing and validation of software patches, updates, and new releases to ensure compatibility and stability

Job description

This is a remote position.

Innosphere is seeking a T3 Support Analyst with experience in SQL, SSIS and PowerShell to join our team. 
As a T3 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving escalated technical issues from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams. You will identify underlying causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to improve system reliability and performance.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reported issues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, test and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions and workarounds for reference for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams
  • Proactively identify trends in reported issues and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents
  • Participate in the testing and validation of software patches, updates, and new releases to ensure compatibility and stability
  • Maintain accurate records of support tickets, including details of actions taken and resolutions provided


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience 
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, technical support, or a similar role, with exposure to Tier 3 or advanced support environments 
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including querying, performance tuning, and data analysis 
  • Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and working with large-scale data systems 
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as PowerShell or similar 
  • Familiarity with data preparation and analytics tools such as Alteryx and data visualization platforms 
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and backend processes 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and identify root causes 
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Salary: $90,000-$110,000
