  • Plan, deliver training and post-implementation support, and manage timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes
  • Serve as primary client contact, build trusted relationships, and represent MRI in meetings and delivery forums
  • Provide on-site onboarding and rollout support, post go-live adoption stability, travel as needed, and contribute to onboarding/process improvement initiatives

Job description

MRI Software is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team in New Zealand. This individual will be responsible for providing client onboarding through product implementations and Professional Services offerings. From time to time, they will assist with the creation of project documentation in line with project management methodologies. 

This role will ensure that clients are onboarded smoothly and efficiently, in turn creating client advocates of MRI residential products. This role is responsible for onboarding, configuring, training, and supporting MRI clients on the Vault CRM solution suite. The role will support current and future MRI clients. At times, this role may deliver services to one large enterprise client or multiple smaller clients. 

As a highly disciplined and process driven individual, the Senior Consultant will strive to exceed our clients’ expectations throughout the project(s) and always model the MRI guiding behaviours. 

Key Responsibilities :

Client Onboarding and Delivery 

  • Lead end to end Vault CRM onboarding projects 

  • Configure Vault CRM to meet client workflows 

  • Plan and deliver training and post implementation support 

  • Support data migration with internal teams 

  • Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Primary point of contact for led projects 

  • Build trusted client relationships 

  • Represent MRI in meetings and delivery forums 

Operational and On the Ground Support 

  • On site onboarding and rollout support 

  • Post go live adoption and stability support 

  • Travel and additional delivery support 

Strategic Contribution 

  • Improve onboarding processes and training frameworks 

  • Improve adoption outcomes and client satisfaction 

  • Collaborate internally to align delivery 

 

Skills and Qualifications

About You 

  • You have proven experience in client facing consulting or delivery roles, leading end to end system onboarding or implementation projects. 

  • You bring hands on experience configuring platforms and translating business workflows into practical system solutions. 

  • You are confident planning and delivering client training, workshops, and post go live support, with a strong focus on system adoption and user outcomes. 

  • You are an effective communicator and facilitator, comfortable acting as a primary client contact and representing the business in meetings and delivery forums. 

  • You are highly organised and self directed, with the ability to manage multiple client projects, priorities, timelines, and risks at once. 

  • You are a strong problem solver with an analytical mindset, able to troubleshoot issues, support data migration activities, and drive stable implementations. 

  • You work well in collaborative environments, partnering closely with internal teams to align delivery and continuously improve onboarding processes. 

  • You are comfortable working on site with clients and are flexible to travel as required to support onboarding, training, and rollout phases. 

Additional Details 

  • Location: New Zealand based, with travel to client office locations as required 

  • Role focus: Ongoing Vault CRM consulting across multiple MRI clients, including on site delivery and support
