Roles & Responsibilities

  • 15+ years of experience delivering Oracle-enabled solutions for industrial and manufacturing sectors, with at least 7+ years in solution architecture, presales roles, and/or delivery management.
  • Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud and other cloud technologies, with expertise in Order Management & Orchestration, Inventory & Cost Management, Manufacturing & Maintenance Management, and Demand & Supply Chain Planning with Global Order Promising.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to lead global teams and travel as required.

Requirements:

  • Develop and articulate InspireXT Connected Solutions and Managed Services propositions to prospective clients.
  • Engage with customers to understand business challenges and architect pragmatic deployment strategies and end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, including requirements gathering, estimation, project planning, pricing, and coordinating with multiple SMEs to produce a unified winning proposition.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project implementation and mentor regional delivery teams while contributing to brand development through thought leadership.

Job location - USA, Canada 

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Cloud Professional to join our team and spearhead our drive for growth and customer success. You will report to the Global Markets Leader and play an integral role as Regional Delivery Lead for the NA market. Within this role, you will act as a Solutions Architect, delivery manager, mentor and customer advocate.

Broadly, you will be responsible for articulating the value of supply chain and connected solutions, architecting solutions across end-to-end business processes, and developing the regional Oracle practice in North America. You will play a leading role in engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrating how our solutions will address their business challenges as well as working with our clients in delivery engagements from time to time.

The successful candidate will be expected to showcase InspireXT’s differentiated value proposition to the customer and drive closure of sales process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Developing a deep understanding of InspireXT ‘Connected’ solutions and Managed Services propositions that are underpinned by Cloud Technologies and other adjacent technologies, and articulating to prospective clients
  • Engaging with and understanding our customers' business challenges and architecting the solution and pragmatic deployment strategies
  • Architecting solutions across end-to-end business processes using modern business processes and the capabilities of Oracle Cloud. Articulating the value of such solutions to our customers as part of sales and presales engagement
  • Understanding opportunity requirement and drive end to end proposal process in terms of business solution, estimation, project plan, pricing, methodology and differentiators by coordinating with multiple SMEs in the organization to generate a unified and winning preposition.
  • Contributing to InspireXT brand development by publishing solution papers and blogs as well as presenting at industry events and webinars
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices related to manufacturing and supply chain management to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project implementation.



Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience involving design, development and delivery of Oracle-enabled solutions for Industrial and manufacturing sectors, with minimum 7+ years of dedicated experience in solution architect, presales roles and delivery manager or above.
  • Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud and other cloud technologies with particular focus on some of the following
  1. Order Management and Orchestration
  2. Inventory and Cost Management
  3. Manufacturing and Maintenance Management
  4. Demand and Supply Chain Planning with Global Order Promising
  • Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., finance and customer experience
  • Leadership skills, resourceful and solution orientation, ability to work with global organization and develop people and teams.
  • Bachelors+ degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or similar
  • Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills
  • Able to travel in North America as well as internationally (with reasonable notice).
  • Attention to detail and analytical in approach
  • Ability to work independently, lead a team and drive outcomes
  • Good commercial awareness e.g. being able to convert responses to estimates, plans and commercial offer
  • Aspiration and Value system alignment (Customer centric, driven, integrity, ownership and ability to make considered decisions)
