Job Summary

Full Scale is seeking a hands-on Software Developer Lead to work on a high-impact client project. This role is ideal for a developer who loves coding as much as leading a team. You’ll guide and mentor a team of software developers while actively contributing to design, architecture, and implementation of robust .NET-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a small team of software developers, fostering collaboration and best practices.
Actively write clean, efficient, maintainable code using .NET Core / .NET Framework.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver quality solutions on time.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Promote modern development practices: CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps integration.

Requirements

7+ years of professional software development experience in Microsoft technologies.
3+ years in a leadership/technical lead role, managing or mentoring developers.
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, and data structures.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and guiding teammates.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
