This is a remote position.
We are hiring a high-performing Outbound Sales Agent to support U.S.-based telecom sales across Direct Fiber Internet (DFI) and Spectrum services.
This role focuses on using our internal lead system, engaging prospects, delivering excellent customer experience, and driving qualified opportunities. You will operate as an extension of our U.S. team and play a key role in building and converting pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and effectively use broadband.cai-sol.com to identify qualified leads
Validate and enhance leads using Google and online research
Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the right solution
Promote and position:
Build rapport through active listening, professionalism, and clear communication
Ensure a smooth and positive experience from first contact to meeting hand-off
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the U.S. sales team
Maintain accurate updates in Harvest CRM
