As a Sr. Product and Market Research Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. You will work closely with product management, R&D, and marketing teams to identify unmet needs, validate product concepts, and guide development through customer-centric research.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative market and product research initiatives to uncover market trends, customer needs, validate product concepts, and assess usability.
  • Serve as an organizational subject matter expert for Customer Insights (CI) and Market Research.
  • Inform and conduct competitive product benchmarking and user experience evaluations to inform product positioning and differentiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product requirements and innovation strategies.
  • Guide teams on the interpretation of CI and market data. Create clear, compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in product research or user-centered design is required.
  • Master’s degree in Market research, Human Factors, UX Research, or Product Innovation is preferred.
  • Strong experience in designing and conducting customer interviews, usability testing, and concept validation.
  • Proficiency in research tools and analysis platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex findings into strategic insights. Demonstrated fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.Ability to work effectively across product, R&D, marketing, and commercial teams.

En tant que Senior Product and Market Research Specialist, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition de l’avenir de notre portefeuille produits. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Product Management, R&D et Marketing afin d’identifier des besoins non couverts, de valider des concepts produits et d’orienter le développement grâce à des recherches centrées sur le client.

  • Concevoir et mener des études de marché et de recherche produit, qualitatives et quantitatives, afin d’identifier les tendances du marché, comprendre les besoins clients, valider des concepts produits et évaluer l’utilisabilité.
  • Agir en tant qu’expert(e) interne sur les sujets de Customer Insights (CI) et de Market Research.
  • Réaliser et exploiter des analyses concurrentielles, des benchmarks produits et des évaluations d’expérience utilisateur afin d’alimenter le positionnement et la différenciation des produits. Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour traduire les résultats de recherche en exigences produit concrètes et en stratégies d’innovation.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l’interprétation des données CI et marché, et produire des rapports et présentations clairs et percutants pour communiquer les insights et recommandations aux parties prenantes de l’organisation.

Profil requis:

  • Licence (Bachelor) en sciences de la vie, ingénierie, design produit ou domaine connexe ; minimum 3 ans d’expérience en recherche produit ou en design centré utilisateur requis.
  • Master en études de marché, facteurs humains, recherche UX ou innovation produit apprécié.
  • Expérience solide dans la conduite d’entretiens clients, les tests d’utilisabilité et la validation de concepts.
  • Maîtrise des outils de recherche et d’analyse (par ex. Qualtrics, NVivo, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en storytelling, avec la capacité de traduire des résultats complexes en insights stratégiques. Anglais courant requis ; d’autres langues sont un plus.
