The Supervisor, Clinical Supply & Logistics is responsible for leading clinical instruments and supply operations for clinical programs. This role oversees day-to-day operational execution while building scalable processes and developing a high-performance team. The Supervisor will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant, and timely supply support for clinical activities.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Clinical Supply & Logistics and is part of the Business Enablement & Logistics Team under the Danaher Clinical Center Of Excellence located in Chaska, Minnesota, USA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead clinical supply and logistics operations with primary accountability for Beckman Coulter’s clinical programs, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of clinical supplies and instruments.
Partner with leadership to build, optimize, and standardize clinical supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency, including developing inventory management systems and the tracking process for clinical suppliers.
Develop and manage a team of associates, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and capability development.
Ensure reliable supply planning, inventory management, and risk identifications; proactively resolve supply constraints to prevent disruption to clinical activities.
Serve as the key point of contact for Beckman-related supply topics, working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs or Global Supply Chain) and external vendors/logistics providers to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal quality systems for all clinical supply and logistics activities, including documentation, audits, and inspection readiness.
Lead the implementation and optimization of digital tools and systems. (e.g., ERP, inventory tracking platforms) to enhance visibility, traceability, and control across the clinical supply chain.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Clinical Supply or Clinical Operations.
Experience working in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements in clinical supply and logistics.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, and the ability to balance strategic process development and hands-on operational execution.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong system skills: experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Axapta preferred.
Solid project management experience.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel – Up to 10 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Leadership or team coordination experience is preferred but not required.
Task prioritization in fast-paced environment and high-impact tasks.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
