  • Build and manage pipeline: Develop a healthy pipeline from marketing-generated leads, events and proactive outreach; maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting

Your Mission: 🚀 

We’re looking for a New Business Representative to join our mid-market sales team. This is a true hunter role focused on winning new logos and expanding existing customers. 

You’ll engage agency principals and directors on platform transformation—guiding strategic conversations, not just selling software. In real estate, trust and relationships are key, and we need someone who understands that. 

With PropertyMe Grow and our payments platform, you’ll bring a differentiated, multi-product story—positioning an integrated solution across operations, CRM, payments, trust accounting, and AI workflows. 
 
Responsibilities 🏢 

 
Win New Business 

  • Identifyqualify and close new agency opportunities within defined mid-market segments across Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Lead discovery conversations with agency principals and leadership teams, positioning PropertyMe as the platform that replaces fragmentation with clarity. 
  • Drive daily prospecting and outbound activity – the sort of consistent, disciplined effort that turns pipeline into revenue. 

Sell the Platform Story 

  • Articulate the full PropertyMe ecosystem: property management operations, Grow (CRM), trust accounting, payments and AI productivity tools. 
  • Demonstrate value through product demonstrations and consultative conversations, not feature dumps. 
  • Guide customers through platform consolidation decisions, helping them see what their business looks like when it actually works together. 

Expand Existing Accounts 

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing mid-market customers, particularly around Grow and the broader product suite. 
  • Build deep relationships that naturally surface expansion opportunities, rather than relying solely on transactional touchpoints. 

Build and Manage Pipeline 

  • Develop a healthy pipeline through marketing-generated leads, industry relationships, events, partner introductions and your own proactive outreach. 
  • Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy in Salesforce to ensure confident forecasting and timely follow-ups. 

Engage with the Industry 

  • Represent PropertyMe at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities as someone who genuinely knows the space. 
  • Develop relationships with franchise groups, industry bodies, influencers and agency leaders. 
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and legislative changes – and feed those insights back to inform product and sales strategy. 

Collaborate Across Teams 

  • Partner with onboarding, customer success and support to ensure a seamless handover from sale to long-term platform adoption. 
  • Act as a conduit between the market and our product team, ensuring customer feedback shapes what we build next. 

 

What you bring 🌟 
 
Required 

  • A track record of success in SaaS new business sales, with experience selling into mid-market or enterprise segments. 
  • Proven ability to close complex B2B deals and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. 
  • Experience engaging senior decision-makers – principals, directors and C-suite – in consultative, value-led sales conversations. 
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred). 
  • The ability to self-manage, self-motivate and maintain a high-activity rhythm without someone standing over your shoulder. 

 
Highly Regarded 

  • Experience selling into the real estate or property management industry. 
  • Experience in platform or multi-product SaaS sales, where cross-selling is a core growth lever. 
  • A working understanding of agency operations, PropTech or the property management ecosystem. 
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment.
