Overview

Sullivan Healthcare Consulting is a team of seasoned, leading edge perioperative experts who help healthcare organizations manage to higher margins by optimizing surgical services. The SHC process is simple: assess and benchmark all perioperative services and their interdependencies, clearly identify what isn’t working, build consensus for a best-practice based solution, and help all stakeholders work together to correct it. Sullivan’s recommendations are always realistic, achievable and sustainable over the long haul. 

This role serves managing the relationship between the client and the project team, overseeing consultant site visits; facilitating collection of client data and information; editing all project deliverables, consultant speaker submissions, and website content; manages program development projects; and working with executive management personnel as needed.

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to manage client relationships, support project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams while driving communication, organization, and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements and communications
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams
  • Schedule and moderate conference calls and virtual meetings
  • Collect, organize, and distribute client data and project materials
  • Draft and edit reports, presentations, and client-facing documents
  • Support consultants with client communication, scheduling, and project updates
  • Maintain and update templates, documentation, and website content
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with web editing tools a plus
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative support

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare or hospital environments
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required)
