Oversee the delivery efforts of programs or services in alignment with project schedules and service level agreements.
Monitor delivery performance and quality through the use of metrics and status reporting. Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments. Plan and manage staffing within a globally sourced delivery model. Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes international environment.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management and/or operations, ideally within legal operations, compliance, or a regulated corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of different project management methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall) and experience managing the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in operational leadership or management, with the ability to oversee highvolume, SLA-driven processes.
  • Background or demonstrable experience in Legal Operations.
  • Technical background or strong aptitude, with the ability to understand and optimise business processes in collaboration with engineering and product teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and engaging senior legal partners, external counsel, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, seamlessly shifting between project delivery and operational oversight
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and support user adoption
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Google suite software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Advance English language: C1-Very good English language skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is beneficial but not strictly required Experience with case management platforms such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and reporting dashboards Process improvement or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience with document management systems or workflow tools  
  • Conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • Experience coaching and mentoring team members
  • Self-starter with a proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving
