We are seeking an experienced and motivated people leader for our Operational Performance Team that has well-developed business acumen and a focus on delivering insights for key stakeholders across R&D and the business to support better, faster and more aligned decisions
The Team you will be part of:
You will report to the Head of Business Operations and be part of a motivated leadership team working closely together to ensure operational excellence across the business. You will be responsible for providing data insights and modeling so that Portfolio Management, Development Centers, Finance, LACE and other stakeholders can make better, faster, more aligned decisions. You will lead a small, motivated team and will have the opportunity to bring together and unite several departments around mutual targets. Your contribution is appreciated, and your responsibilities will include:
Ensure portfolio performance transparency, leveraging OKRs, KPIs, and value-stream metrics for decision-making, NEIW Governance, DC products Launch, delivery from ARTs
Enable PI prioritization across Development Centers, Portfolio Syncs, and governance events (Dx events) to promote collaboration and synchronization across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Implement operational guardrail principles to optimize portfolio funding allocation and prioritization alignment.
Establish performance metrics and accountability frameworks to measure strategic and operational initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
Partner with finance on the financial governance for transparent value-driven investment decisions through participatory budgeting and continuous funding models.
Partner with business, finance, and technology leaders to align investments with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
Establish and oversee cross-functional corporate portfolio alignment and governance towards ELT, together with other functions of scale
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you possess:
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals towards a people-focused and results driven healthy culture.
Proficient stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across the organization
Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks and oversee execution with attention to details
A comprehensive background in process and transformation management,
A high level of proficiency in Agile/SAFe, along with financial governance to optimize value delivery.
Has a practical approach to strategically implementing and continuously developing our NEIW and SAFe frameworks, with a focus on quality, team empowerment, customer orientation, and technical accountability.
Effective communication and facilitation skills, fluent in both written and spoken English from engineering to executive level.
Experience in technology-driven organizations or large-scale enterprise transformations.
