Job description

The Senior Representative plays a critical role within the Resource Management Group (RMG), supporting Client Implementation by overseeing administrative inventory management and workflow distribution. This role ensures inventory is accurately tracked and progresses through the upfront implementation process, supporting operational efficiency and the achievement of key performance metrics across Implementation teams. 

The RMG team oversees inventory management within Client Implementation, ensuring inventory is moving through the process, removing barriers while supporting business priorities and operational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Monitor Global Service Partner (GSP) inventory status to ensure timely progression and resolution.  
  • Proactively follow up on aged and pended inventory to drive prompt outcomes  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory-related escalations, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and appropriately.  
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute inventory reporting to Implementation Market Leads to support visibility, decision-making, and performance tracking.  
  • Serve as a backup escalation contact for matrix partners as needed.  
  • Understand and support inventory reduction plans and initiatives.  
  • Support the team in meeting or exceeding Access to Care (ATC) goals.  
  • Facilitate daily inventory calls with Global Service Partners (GSP)  
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with peers, leaders, and business partners to implement sustainable solutions. 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • 2 years of minimum experience supporting customer service operations
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deliverables. 
  • Demonstrated ability to find issues and drive them to resolution. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working with multiple software and system-based applications, including databases and spreadsheets (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems) preferred. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, as with our global service partners. 
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, work independently and proactively, and manage expectations to achieve mutually acceptable solutions. 
  • Willingness and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience with Vista and Facets and/or Non Facets Implementation processes strongly preferred.

Schedule: Normal business hours with flexibility to support overtime during peak periods.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 31 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
