The Opportunity

This is a true hunter role. You will:

• Go out and win new business
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Close deals and grow your book

Compensation includes base + uncapped commission. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and create your own opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline from scratch
• Reach out to business owners and decision-makers
• Sell a service every company needs — hiring support
• Close deals and grow long-term client relationships
