• Assists in the annual review and updating of policies and procedures pertinent to areas of responsibility.
• Involved in Revenue Cycle Operation strategic initiatives and processes related to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Works with finance leaders and Revenue Cycle Vice Presidents to create and manage fiscal budgets for areas of responsibility.
• Develops strategies across functional departments to exceed revenue management cash projection, reduce days in accounts receivable, and denials.
• Ensures staff has resources and appropriate training in order to aid them in meeting or exceeding all performance goals, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Responsible for talent development of team members.
• Manages multiple areas of responsibility as assigned by system leadership.
• Designs Patient Access processes to meet or exceed key performance indicators related to financial metrics, consumer experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Actively participates in revenue cycle annual strategic planning and creates market specific plans to meet annual priorities.
• Continuously improves processes at key points of entry and resolves problems for patients, physicians, administration, and other customers.
• Provides guidance to market and/or campus specific consumer access leadership and staff to improve and sustain key metric performance.
• Provides guidance to pre-access leaders and staff to improve and sustain key metric performance.
• Serves as primary Patient Access liaison for System/Corporate initiatives, delegating as necessary.
• Adheres to AdventHealth Corporate Compliance plan and all applicable rules and regulations.

Pay Range:
