Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience with streaming services and basic troubleshooting across devices (phones, smart TVs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); comfortable using CRM applications (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:

  • Provide customer support for streaming services via phone, chat, or email, building rapport with callers.
  • Diagnose and resolve streaming playback and connectivity issues across devices (phones, smart TVs, etc.).
  • Document interactions and resolutions in CRM systems; track issues and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with team to meet service levels and participate in ongoing training to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

  • Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc. 
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
