Position Summary...

The Manager, Material Handling Equipment Service leads vendor and contract management activities to ensure operational excellence and equipment efficiency across Walmart facilities. This role oversees procurement, budgeting, and quality assurance processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, optimize maintenance strategies, and implement best practices. Utilizing data analysis and business acumen, this position supports strategic decision-making and fosters strong partnerships to maintain high standards of service and reliability within the material handling equipment domain.

Our team manages one of the world’s largest supply chains, focusing on optimizing material handling equipment through early management, lifecycle enhancement, and retrofit initiatives. We prioritize eliminating premature and frequent equipment failures to ensure operational excellence. By leveraging vendor and contract management, procurement, and budgeting expertise, the team drives continuous improvement and equipment efficiency. Collaborating across functions, we implement best practices and maintain high standards to support Walmart’s business goals while fostering a culture of reliability and performance in equipment service management.

What you'll do...

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
