Job description

Remote Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST

Pay Range: $15-$18 per hour

To thrive in this role, you will have hospital or clinic experience. Have experience in medical coding, claims, denial reviews and Coordination of Benefits.

As our Patient Access Associate, you will:

•Utilize technology to support patient registration such as Cerner- the Electronic Medical Records software.

•Route written communications as appropriate.

•Communicate with others by telephone, and/or email utilizing various communication technologies.
•Determine work priorities on assigned shifts.
•Assist with supporting associates on new procedures and duties to be performed.
•Perform other duties as assigned by Patient Access Manager or Team Lead as needed.

Education Level
High School - Equivalent experience will be considered

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $15.00 - $21.10 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
