Join Genuit Group as we embark on a multi‑year transformation programme that will reshape how our organisation operates. We are seeking a Transformational GBS Leader who is a high‑impact process owner who will drive simplification, continuous improvement and cultural adoption of the Genuit Business System across the Group.

This role plays a pivotal part in major strategic initiatives, including a Group‑wide ERP landscape simplification. Working across functions and sites, you will teach and coach teams, promote GBS principles and deliver sustainable improvements that create significant value for the business. GBS leaders are a platform to build the future leaders in our organisation, where with this leadership experience that we expect you to find increased responsibility in our expected growing demand of business needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead simplification of complex processes and collaborate across teams to break down barriers to progress
  • Ensure improvements are sustained through strong follow‑up and post‑event reinforcement (e.g., 90‑day kaizen follow-through)
  • Deliver impactful improvements aligned to business strategy, acting as a local owner of GBS adoption
  • Facilitate process mapping sessions with a focus on information flow and operational efficiency
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to “go and see”, stop and fix problems and pursue better ways of working

About You

  • Strong background in continuous improvement, operational excellence or business transformation
  • Experience in Lean/Six Sigma environments (preferred)
  • Confident leader able to navigate ambiguity and influence effectively at all levels
  • Skilled project manager with a track record of driving change
  • Excellent communicator who can engage teams and facilitate meaningful cultural shifts
