The Partnerships & Events Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who supports the day-to-day operations of Chief’s Partnerships & Events team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring partnerships and events are executed seamlessly, materials are polished and accurate, and internal systems stay organized and up to date.
At Chief, our events and partnerships are designed exclusively for senior executive women and sit at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and community. Our programming and brand collaborations are purpose-built to foster growth, spark inspiration, and create meaningful connections.
Reporting into the Vice President of Partnerships, Events & Programming, this role will be instrumental in keeping projects on track, maintaining the partner pipeline, supporting event logistics, and ensuring that all deliverables meet Chief’s high standards of excellence.
Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Partnerships & Events team
Organize and maintain partnership decks, sponsorship materials, recaps, and related assets
Track timelines and ensure all partnership and event deliverables are accurate and on schedule
Maintain and update the partner pipeline, CRM systems, and master calendars
Support the development and customization of pitch decks and proposals
Assist in compiling post-event recaps and reporting materials for partners
Coordinate internal communication across partnerships, programming, marketing, and community teams
Help manage marketing deadlines related to partner integrations and event promotions
Support onsite execution at select events to ensure partner activations and programming run smoothly
Conduct research to support speaker sourcing, partner ideation, and event development
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document management, and tracking budgets where needed
1–3+ years of experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or a related field
Thrive in highly organized environments and take pride in keeping systems clean and accurate
Naturally detail-oriented - you catch what others miss
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines simultaneously
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where priorities shift and momentum matters
Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Self-motivated and proactive - you anticipate needs before they arise
Curious about brands, culture, and community-driven experiences
Proficiency in Google Suite products required
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, and Zoom is a plus
Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, based on event needs
