You will lead the end-to-end user experience, bridging the gap between design and engineering to build high-fidelity interfaces. Working directly in Figma and Next.js, you'll establish visual standards and interaction patterns for a platform that leverages real-time intelligence. This is a high-ownership role focused on craft, speed, and shipping polished, consumer-grade products.

What you will do:

• Own the entire product surface area, from conceptualizing layouts in Figma to implementing production-ready code in React.

• Develop and maintain a robust design system, ensuring consistent typography, color theory, and interaction patterns across the platform.

• Collaborate with the founding team to translate complex real-time data signals into intuitive and beautiful user interfaces.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses a rare hybrid skill set, capable of producing world-class visual design and writing clean, scalable TypeScript/Next.js code.

• Demonstrates an obsessive attention to detail, specifically regarding animation easing, typography weights, and micro-interactions.

• Showcases a strong portfolio of side projects or shipped products that highlight a deep commitment to the craft of design engineering.
