Collaborate with customers, sales reps, and internal teams to correct issues on sales orders and support revenue recognition
Support AR collections activities, including contacting customers to query payments, reconciling accounts, and assisting with query resolution
Prepare and send invoices to ensure timely payment and support professional services billing

We are currently seeking an intern to join our Finance team!

What You'll Do:

Worldwide sales order bookings
Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition
Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings
AR Collections – Contacting customers via phone to query payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with query resolution
Professional services billing and revenue recognition
Sending invoices for timely payment
Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault
Support AR Collections Team 80% and Revenue Team 20%

Essential Skills & Experience
•   Pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance
•   Minimum 20 hours/week during summer and continued into the school year
•   Ability to work both as a team and independently
•   Excellent communication skills both written and oral
•   High attention to detail and accuracy
•   Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•   Salesforce.com knowledge preferred but not required
•   NetSuite knowledge preferred but not required
•   Ability to work flexible/more hours on month-end and quarter-ends to meet deadlines
•   Strong desire to grow within the team

Pay Range

$39,520—$118,560 USD
