As a UX/UI Engineer, you will bridge design and front-end engineering to deliver scalable, consistent, and high-quality user interfaces for industrial machine systems. This role combines UI development (data visualization), design systems thinking, and user-centered design practices to ensure both speed and long-term maintainability. 

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

✅ Build and maintain high-quality UI components using React + TypeScript, following scalable architecture principles.  
✅ Translate user needs and product requirements into robust, reusable UI solutions. 
✅ Maintain and enforce design system standards (spacing, typography, tokens, states).  
✅ Collaborate with Product and Engineering to balance speed vs. scalability, advocating for best practices.  
✅ Develop and document components in Storybook for reuse and consistency.  
✅ Contribute to design-to-code workflows, ensuring parity between design intent and implementation. 
✅ Support user story mapping and help break down features into coherent UI states and behaviors. 
✅ Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, prototyping, and documentation. 

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
✨ 5+ Years of experience working with React. 
✨ 5+ Years of experience working with TypeScript. 
✨ Solid understanding of component-based architecture and UI patterns. 
✨ Knowledge of design systems, design tokens, and responsive design. 
✨ Familiarity with Storybook or similar component documentation tools. 
✨ Understanding of interaction design principles and UI states. 
✨ Basic understanding of UX processes (flows, usability, consistency). 
✨ Exposure to MVVM or similar frontend architectural patterns. 
✨ Experience working with AI-assisted development tools. 
✨ Ability to interpret (or challenge) requirements with a user-centered mindset. 
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
