  • Support condominium-related activities: attend assemblies when required, prepare assembly reports, and follow up on ongoing repairs and maintenance works

Home Keeper by Uniplaces is the property management service within the Uniplaces Group, focused on delivering high-quality operational support to managed properties.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Operations Assistant Intern to support both our daily administrative and on-site activities. This internship is ideal for someone organised, adaptable, and comfortable balancing operational coordination and fieldwork, who values the flexibility of working remotely, combined with hands-on field experience in property management.

You will support the Home Keeper Operations team in ensuring that properties run smoothly by:

Operational & On-site Support:

  • Assist check-in and check-out processes, both via email and in person.

  • Performing on-site check-ins and check-outs when required.

  • Preparing and completing check-out inventories and inventory reports.

  • Key management, including copying and coordination.

Property & Maintenance Support:

  • Assist with purchasing furniture, appliances, and maintenance material.

  • Follow up on repairs and maintenance works with suppliers and contractors.

  • Support condominium-related activities, including attending condominium assemblies when required, preparing assembly reports, and following up on ongoing repairs and maintenance works.
