Job Description – Scrum Master (SAFe Agile) Position: Scrum Master Experience: 6–12 years We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile expertise to lead Agile teams in delivering high quality products through Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure adherence to SAFe frameworks, remove impediments, and enable continuous improvement across teams and programs.
Key Responsibilities Scrum & Agile Delivery • Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. • Guide teams in applying Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe guidelines. • Ensure teams maintain sprint commitments, velocity tracking, and quality standards. • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and maintain a healthy product backlog. • Support estimation, PI Planning, story splitting, and capacity planning.
