Job description

 

Are you passionate about sustainability and risk management? And do you have a good understanding of how to take data-driven decisions? Then, apply now as a Student Assistant.

You will join the Sustainable Procurement, Real Estate and Third-party Risk team, a collaborative and diverse group of 15 colleagues. Together, we work on developing tools and processes that improve sustainability performance, ensure high-quality environmental data, and drive cross-organisational initiatives related to procurement, office leases, and workplace services.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, is curious about systems and processes, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You will report to the Head of Sustainable Procurement, Real Estate and Third-party Risk and work from our office in Lyngby, Denmark.

Your main tasks will include: 

  • Supporting onboarding, follow-up, and analysis of suppliers in relation to risk and ESG assessments using data and business intelligence tools
  • Developing reports and insights to communicate progress, key findings, and improvement areas to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support corrective action plans
  • Contributing to the integration of ESG considerations into procurement processes
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects across teams, providing you with broad, hands-on experience

Your profile

We envision you as a motivated bachelor or master student, ideally with at least 1.5 years remaining in your studies. Your prior exposure to similar tasks through relevant work experience or academic coursework will be beneficial, especially within supply chain and risk management.

As a person, we believe you have an open and curious nature and easily build strong professional relationships. Moreover, you thrive in collaborative environments, while being able to independently take ownership of assignments. Also, you leverage your analytical skills to tackle challenges and maintain a structured and methodical approach to work.

On top of that, you will

  • Demonstrate solid process and system understanding including the use of MS office systems like Excel and Power Point
  • Have an interest in data analysis and can work with structured and unstructured data
  • Have a structured and analytical mindset
  • Communicate clearly in English (Nordic languages are a plus, but not required)
