Technical Analyst / Senior PHP Full Stack Developer (PHP + React) Location: Remote (India) Experience: 8–10 Years Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior PHP Full Stack Developer / Technical Analyst with strong expertise in Laravel, Microservices, and React.js to design and build scalable, high-performance SaaS applications.
You will play a key role in architecture, development, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to modern engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Design and develop microservices-based architectures
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using PHP (Laravel)
Develop responsive frontend components using React.js / Angular
Lead and mentor developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Ensure code quality through unit testing and CI/CD pipelines
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps)
Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and production issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
8+ years of hands-on development experience
Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel framework)
Solid experience in Microservices Architecture
Proficiency in React.js or Angular
Strong knowledge of MySQL (query optimization, schema design)
Deep understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns
Experience building and consuming REST APIs (JSON)
Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems
Experience working in Linux environments
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with Slim / Symfony frameworks
Knowledge of AWS or cloud platforms
Exposure to Docker / containerization
Experience with Python / .NET (nice to have)
Familiarity with Elasticsearch / Firebase

Experience with AI-assisted tools like:
