Job Summary
The Revenue Operations Manager brings clarity and accountability to how Tessitura grows. This is a hands-on, build-it-from-scratch role for someone who gets energy from creating systems that didn't exist before and making sure they're used, trusted, and drive better decisions.
You will build dashboards, reporting, and processes that give the Growth organization a shared understanding of what's working, where pipeline is breaking down, and what needs to change. More than just reporting, you'll help establish the operating rhythm that connects data to decisions, structuring how Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and Partnerships review performance, identify gaps, and adjust.
This role owns the connective tissue of the revenue engine: pipeline visibility, funnel definitions, forecasting accuracy, and the reporting infrastructure that make accountability possible. You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and Growth leadership to make the revenue engine more predictable, measurable, and effective.
This is a foundational hire. You'll have the opportunity to shape how Revenue Operations works at Tessitura from the ground up, with a clear path to grow into a more strategic RevOps leadership role as the function matures.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance across the full growth funnel
Ensure lead flow, attribution, and campaign tracking are visible and actionable, not owning marketing execution, but ensuring the data tells the story clearly
Create and maintain views that track partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue contribution
Track and report on win/loss data, sales cycle length, and conversion rates by stage and segment
Define & Maintain the Revenue Process
Define and maintain funnel stages, pipeline definitions, and key performance indicators across the growth system
Guide the ongoing refinement of the sales process and qualification criteria, ensuring CRM stages reflect how deals move
Maintain CRM growth data integrity and reporting reliability within the Growth organization (Salesforce)
Develop revenue modeling and adoption tracking for new pricing and packaging initiatives as they roll out
Drive the Operating Rhythm
Lead the structure and cadence of pipeline and forecast reviews, bringing the data narrative that drives discussion
Identify where pipeline or process breakdowns exists and surface them with clarity helping the team see what the data says before jumping to solutions
Guide forecasting processes and improving data accuracy and confidence over time
Document processes and help establish consistent operating rhythms across Growth teams
General Responsibilities
Actively contribute as a member of the Growth organization to support company goals
Build strong working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Partnerships
Provide clear, actionable insights that help teams make better decisions
Take ownership of reporting and relevant systems within scope, ensuring they are maintained and continuously improved
Adapt to evolving priorities and support ongoing operational improvements
Support company DEAI initiatives and contribute to an inclusive, respectful workplace
Stay current with trends and best practices in revenue operations and analytics

Experience working across Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams - you know how to earn trusts and credibility
Active use of AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation - you're already using AI to work faster and smarter, and you're always looking for the next way to apply it
Exceptional collaboration capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an environment where you're building while operating
Strong communication and problem-solving skills - you can explain what the data says in a way that drives action, not just awareness
