Your Impact

You’ll be at the forefront of our user-centered design efforts. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. As a UX Designer at K2United, you will:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate how our products should function and feel
  • Advocate for the user by incorporating research, personas, and best practices into your design decisions
  • Identify friction in user flows and proactively propose solutions before and during implementation
  • Collaborate closely with development and testing teams, supporting features as they move from design to release
  • Contribute to and maintain UX standards, helping ensure consistency across our products
  • Create and conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the experience
Requirements

 

  • 4–6 years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong problem-solving and execution
  • Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and prototyping
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are ready for development
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with user research methods and the ability to apply insights to design decisions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale to a variety of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to manage your own work, prioritize effectively, and move projects forward with appropriate guidance
