Job Summary:
The Director of Transformation spearheads the digital modernization, secure AI integration, and enterprise architecture initiatives. They are responsible for shaping our technology strategy, accelerating innovation, and overseeing the secure design, deployment, and governance of next-gen platforms across our internal and external (Navy and DoD) programs.

Responsibilities:
Direct enterprise-level technology modernization initiatives from concept through delivery.
Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure enterprise architectures for GovCon and R&D environments.
Serve as executive sponsor and lead architect for existing and emerging technology portfolios, including AI technologies, cybersecurity, and big data platforms.
Define and drive the implementation of security-first technology strategies compliant with government standards (e.g. NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC).
Champion DevSecOps best practices across multi-disciplinary agile teams.
Lead technology due diligence for M&A, and manage post-acquisition integration efforts.
Foster partnerships to advance organizational capability (e.g. AWS, Microsoft, Google).
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams of developers, engineers, scientists, and architects.
Represent the company at industry forums, federal advisory boards, and thought leadership events.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.
12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles across federal contracting, finance, and R&D domains.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience leading large-scale technology programs, including managing portfolios ($5M+) and cross-functional teams.
Strong background in secure cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), AI/ML solutions, and DevSecOps practices.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing modern architectures, including data platforms and AI-driven systems.
Familiarity with government security frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC).
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, or similar)
Experience in senior leadership roles within a federal contractor organization.
Hands-on experience supporting DoD or other high-compliance environments.
Demonstrated familiarity with CMMI, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or advanced analytics pipelines.
