Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Senior Consultant to support a federal client in delivering advanced SAP ERP capabilities, including S/4HANA enhancements, system integrations, and financial interoperability. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise across SAP modules, strong integration experience, and demonstrated success supporting federal financial processes, including U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing.

This position operates in a highly scrutinized federal environment where all qualifications must be clearly demonstrated through prior experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but may not be limited to:

·        Configure and support SAP ERP solutions, including both core SAP components and third-party integrations

·        Design, implement, and support SAP integration solutions, including API-based integrations

·        Support S/4HANA upgrades, including planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation

·        Troubleshoot complex SAP ERP issues and optimize system performance across functional areas

·        Lead and coordinate efforts across functional and technical teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions

·        Provide subject matter expertise across:

o   Supply Chain Management (SCM)

o   Materials Management (MM)

o   Production Planning (PP)

·        Support implementation and/or sustainment of U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing processes

·        Deliver structured knowledge transfer and training to junior staff and client stakeholders

Requirements

·        SAP Configuration Experience

o   Minimum 2 years configuring SAP ERP solutions (core and/or third-party integrations)

·        SAP Integration Experience

o   Minimum 2 years working with SAP integration options

o   Minimum 1 year of SAP API integration experience

·        S/4HANA Experience

o   Minimum 1 year supporting S/4HANA upgrades, including support pack implementations

·        Functional SAP Expertise

o   Minimum 1 year supporting:

§  Supply Chain Management (SCM)

§  Materials Management (MM)

§  Production Planning (PP)

·        Project Delivery Experience

o   Minimum 1 year coordinating across functional and technical SAP teams

·        Federal Financial Systems Experience

o   Minimum 1 year supporting U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing

·        Training & Knowledge Transfer

o   Minimum 1 year providing training or knowledge transfer to junior staff

Minimum Education:

·        Bachelor’s Degree

Citizenship:

·        Must be a U.S. Citizen

·       Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust or higher clearance

Preferred:

·        Multiple S/4HANA upgrade cycles (end-to-end involvement)

·        Hands-on experience with SAP performance tuning and optimization

·        Experience in federal ERP modernization or transformation programs

·        Prior experience supporting shared service environments or federal financial systems
