Position Summary

既存分野の業務拡大や新規分野における活動など、より効率的な業務が求められる中で、営業組織内においてKPIの進捗管理や、予実管理、データ抽出・加工・分析業務等において主体的にサポート頂ける方を募集します。

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• KPI進捗管理の運用・更新・モニタリング業務
• 予実管理のサポート業務
• データの抽出・加工・分析業務
• 会議向け資料の作成業務

＜部門について＞

CRDN部門では、狭心症や心筋梗塞などの虚血性心疾患に対する治療法である経皮的冠動脈インターベンション（PCI）にて使用する薬剤溶出性ステントやバルーンカテーテル、画像診断機器など、PCIを総合的にサポートする製品を取り扱っています。また、Smplicity Spyral腎デナベーションシステムの薬事承認を取得し、今後は高血圧治療の分野にも進出していきます。

• 営業事務経験

Skill / Knowledge

• 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力(社内関連部署や代理店と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとる)
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint）

Competency

• 部門内の業務プロセスを迅速に理解・習得し、定期的なレポート作成等の定型業務を正確かつ責任を持って完遂できる方
• 能動的に、自らの役割において組織にどう貢献できるかを考え、業務改善や新たな取り組みを自発的に提案・実行できるマインドセットをお持ちの方
• 数字やデータを正確に扱い、集計・整理・分析ができる方
• Excelを用いて、営業活動に必要なデータの加工・可視化ができる方

Education

• 高卒以上

＜Nice to Haves＞

Skill / Knowledge

• 英語力：海外とのメールのやり取りやWeb会議でのコミュニケーションがスムーズに行えるレベル（TOEIC 600点程度）
• SFDCの使用経験
• 医療業界での知識、経験があれば尚可
