  • Proven ability in financial and operating performance management, with a track record of translating visionary concepts into scalable, funded strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification highly preferred.

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Business Process Transformation to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading internal and customer-facing process improvements by leveraging Artificial Intelligence, automation, and Iron Mountain platforms to drive safety, productivity, and cost reduction.

You will lead a high-performing team of directors and managers dedicated to translating future visions into executable operational strategies. This team acts as the bridge between long-term innovation and daily operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Innovation and Efficiency: Lead the research and implementation of sustainable, repeatable business process improvements—specifically utilizing Artificial Intelligence and automation—to enhance organizational safety and reduce operational costs.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional directors and stakeholders to determine the executability of long-term strategies, ensuring high-level resourcing and funding align with functional business goals.

  • Operational Governance: Ensure all reengineered business processes and newly implemented information technologies comply with organizational standards, global regulatory policies, and Iron Mountain safety protocols.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in business process reengineering, change management, or operational leadership within a global corporate environment.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of benchmarking best practices and the application of Artificial Intelligence and automation technologies to support complex business systems.

  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability in financial and operating performance management, with a track record of translating visionary concepts into scalable, funded strategies.

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
