Company: LoVirtual LLC (Hiring for a Strategic Client in the US/Puerto Rico)

Location: 100% Remote (Latin America)

About the Role We are looking for a team of dependable, proactive, and outgoing Vacation Rental Co-Hosts to assist property managers in providing a 5-star experience. You will be the main point of contact for guests and help the team ensure properties run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Hospitality: Respond promptly, professionally, and friendly to guest inquiries.
  • Communication Management: Manage guest interaction before, during, and after stays.
  • Problem Solving: Work hand-in-hand with management to address needs and resolve issues diligently.
  • Document Control: Ensure each guest has filled the required agreements to receive arrival information.
  • Reports & Registration: Register reservations weekly and maintain up-to-date maintenance databases.
  • Analysis: Assist in analyzing posted reviews and submit approved emails.

Available Schedules (We are looking to fill ALL shifts)

We are expanding our team and seeking candidates to fill all of the following slots (please specify your availability):

  1. Core Shift A: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
  2. Core Shift B: Monday to Friday | 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
  3. Hospitality Shift: Thursday to Monday | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
  4. Weekend Specialist: Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
