Virtual Clinical Pathologist (Casual Employee / Independent Contractor)

As a Virtual Clinical Pathologist, Casual Employee or Independent Contractor with IDEXX, you will be part of an innovative and forward-thinking team committed to providing quality diagnostic services for our clients across North America. What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required
• Pathology Board Certified - American College of Veterinary Pathology (ACVP) or ESVCP
• Ideally 2+ years of post-boards small animal diagnostic case reading experience
• Weekend and evening availability is a plus
• Periodic weekend reading required
• Fluency in English

Skills and abilities:

• Familiarity with current topics and issues in clinical veterinary medicine.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to type and use dictation equipment.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A service oriented attitude.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Computer skills are required
