Perform daily field visits to achieve weekly targets: 4.5 days of visits, at least 12 face-to-face contacts per day, and proper coverage for A/B-level customers.
Conduct monthly VIP engagements with senior hospital leaders and key department heads to secure support.
Plan and execute product knowledge activities and launches: weekly product introduction meetings; develop monthly product development plans, especially for new products; deliver weekly product knowledge sessions with assessments.
Manage territory planning and financials: monthly territory planning and regular updates of hospital/department information; prepare and seek approval for regional promotional budgets; submit expense reports within 3 weeks; develop and implement product development strategies.
