Requirements:

  • Oversee end-to-end program and project management of cyclical HR processes across the Healthcare practice (goal setting, Talent Review, mid-year and year-end performance, and compensation), including timelines, readiness, data integrity, and leader enablement.
  • Translate complex people data into executive-ready insights (dashboards, datasets, narratives) to support senior leader decision-making and identify enterprise-level trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design and maintain consistent reporting to enable scalable people analytics; own materials for executive forums (Talent Reviews, People Committees, leadership reviews) and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBP peers.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and talent strategies; partner with the Healthcare HR leadership, support day-to-day transactions, and assist with cross-practice HR initiatives and integration activities.

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to join the Healthcare Industry Team. This unique, fully remote, and highly visible role is ideal for HR professionals seeking an opportunity to work in close collaboration with a dynamic group of dedicated HR Business Partners and senior leaders. This role carries expanded responsibility for practice wide HR programs, people analytics, and executive reporting, serving as a force multiplier across the Healthcare practice.

The Healthcare HRBP will work in close partnership with the Healthcare Global HR Strategy Leader serving as their Deputy to support the day-to-day operations, performance processes, and strategic talent priorities of the business.

Reporting to the Healthcare Global HR Strategy Leader, the HRBP Manager will play a vital role in leading, guiding, and executing end-to-end talent management for a rapidly growing business. The HRBP Manager will serve as a key member of Healthcare HR and business leadership teams, and have primary responsibility for overseeing key performance management and compensation processes in a project manager capacity within the business. The incumbent will:

  • Oversee end‑to‑end program and project management of cyclical HR processes across the Healthcare practice (goal setting, Talent Review, mid‑year/year‑end performance, compensation), including timelines, readiness, data integrity, and leader enablement.
  • Translate complex people data into clear, executive‑ready insights, including dashboards, datasets, and narratives that support senior leader decision‑making.
  • Synthesize data across multiple populations to identify enterprise‑level trends, risks, and opportunities related to performance, retention, succession, and workforce health.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior HR and business leaders, using data and business context to shape recommendations and influence outcomes.
  • Own people data and materials for executive forums (Talent Reviews, People Committees, leadership reviews).
  • Design and maintain consistent reporting to enable clear, scalable people analytics across the Healthcare HRBP team.
  • Create strategies to enhance operational efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Work in close collaboration with the HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Talent, etc.), HRBP peers, and employees to manage and deliver end-to-end talent support.
  • Advise and guide leaders on employee relations matters to ensure a balance in representing all parties' interests.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the practice and segment business plans and organizational models including, but not limited to workforce planning, budget, organizational structure design, and service offerings.
  • Work in close partnership with the HR Strategy Leader to research internal and external talent trends that shape strategic talent priorities.
  • Take an active role in the execution of other cross practice HR duties such as lead on internal workstreams and implementation of HR projects.
  • Provide support in the day-to-day transactions and operations of the business.
  • Support M&A integration activities.


Critical experience includes:

  • 6+ years of extensive HR experience, ideally in consulting, healthcare, or digital sectors.
  • Performance management, compensation, and strong analytical expertise required.
  • Consulting environment or professional services experience is highly desired.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, report generation, and data insights experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience and an understanding of digital transformation trends is a plus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, matrixed, geographically dispersed environment.
  • Strong ability to work within teams with rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Delivering solutions and strategies for solving complex talent issues.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • M&A experience a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $110,000-$150,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $126,500-$172,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
