ABOUT THE ROLE

As our B2B Marketing Manager, you will be the a strategic architect and the executing force behind the growth of our "Stablecoin Banking Stack." You will be one of the main drivers behind marketing for Wirex Business and Wirex BaaS and crucial part of the Wirex Marketing team. You won't just be promoting features; you will be reshaping how global companies manage treasury and embed financial services. 


We are a distributed team, but this role requires working within approximately ±2 hours of the UK timezone (GMT/BST) to support collaboration with your fellow 'Wirexers'. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO


  • Strategic GTM Execution: In cooperation with the CMO and Stakeholders you will co-own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for B2B products and features, driving awareness and adoption.
  • Demand Generation & Growth: Build and scale demand engines beyond paid media, utilizing whitepapers, case studies, and community activations etc to drive inbound leads and nurture them through a complex sales cycle.
  • Product-to-Value Translation: Translate complex blockchain primitives (non-custodial architecture, smart contract vaults, DeFi yield) into clear business outcomes.
  • Full-Funnel Content Strategy: Develop high-impact solution briefs, webinars, and thought leadership pieces etc that position Wirex as the secure alternative to legacy banking and "over-engineered" institutional custody.
  • Partner Enablement: Create "Marketing Toolkits" for our BaaS partners to accelerate their "signed-to-live" window and drive end-user adoption.

  • Experienced Strategist: 5+ years in B2B growth or product marketing, ideally within Fintech, SaaS, or Web3.
  • Crypto-Fluent: A deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystems (USDC/EURC), onchain treasury management, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Data-Driven: Skilled in connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes (MQLs, pipeline predictability, and ROI).
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A "hands-on" executor who can operate with lean budgets to achieve maximum impact through creative efficiency.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical infrastructure for executive personas at digital agencies and fintech platforms.
  • AI-Savvy Growth Marketer: You have a track record of successfully integrating Generative AI into your B2B workflows and you possess a genuine curiosity to experiment with and expand the use of AI tools to drive marketing efficiency.
