  • Identify opportunity areas, drive efficiencies to increase profitability, and improve overall renewal performance while engaging with internal partners during negotiations

Job description

The Renewal Sales Rep will be responsible for managing, selling, renewing, and expanding service relationships with our customer base. In this role, the RSR will be expected to manage and assess opportunity areas and drive efficiencies to increase profitability and improve our overall renewal performance. This includes end-to-end customer experience in the renewal lifecycle and working with our team responsible for generating service quotes. This role will engage with multiple internal partners such as sales teams, district managers, support teams, and customers during negotiations. The RSR will also be responsible for submitting an accurate forecast to leadership.
