Serve as executive ITAM SME for clients, pursuits, and internal stakeholders.
Establish standardized ITAM operating models aligned to ITIL, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
Translate client business drivers into measurable ITAM value outcomes such as cost optimization, risk reduction, and lifecycle efficiency.
Lead ITAM solution design for qualified opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients.
Own ITAM sections of RFP responses, RFIs, and client proposals.
Author Statements of Work including scope, assumptions, service levels, pricing inputs, and transition approach.
Develop executive level presentation decks that articulate value, delivery model, and differentiation.
Partner with Sales and Account teams to position ITAM as a strategic managed service offering.
Support deal shaping, solution defensibility, and client presentations through close.
Govern end to end ITAM lifecycle services including hardware, software, and cloud assets.
Define service catalogs, SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs for ITAM managed services.
Ensure integration between ITAM, ITSM, procurement, CMDB, and financial systems.
Oversee onboarding, transition, and stabilization of new ITAM managed services clients.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, data quality, and process maturity.
Establish governance frameworks to manage licensing compliance, audit readiness, and contractual risk.
Ensure alignment with software publishers, regulatory requirements, and client policies.
Lead audit response strategy and remediation planning for managed services clients.
Monitor asset risk exposure including underutilization, non compliance, and financial leakage.
Identify new ITAM service offerings aligned to market demand and client needs.
Expand ITAM managed services footprint within existing accounts.
Support pricing strategy, cost models, and margin assumptions for ITAM services.
Track market trends and competitor offerings to inform solution differentiation.
Define performance metrics across service delivery, financial optimization, and compliance.
Build and govern executive dashboards for clients and internal leadership.
Translate asset and license data into actionable insights for executive decision making.
Drive service reviews focused on outcomes, not just operational metrics.
Lead and mentor ITAM solution architects, analysts, and service leaders.
Set clear expectations for quality, accountability, and client engagement.
Build scalable delivery models leveraging onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources.
Identify skill gaps and drive training in ITAM, ITIL, and managed services delivery.
Represent the organization in client briefings, industry forums, and conferences.
Contribute to ITAM thought leadership, whitepapers, and service frameworks.
Continuously refine solution methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
ITAM certifications such as CSAM or CHAMP preferred.
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation or higher strongly preferred.
10 or more years of progressive IT Asset Management experience.
Demonstrated success delivering ITAM as a managed service to external clients.
Proven leadership in pre sales, solution design, RFP responses, and SOW development.
Strong background integrating ITAM with ITIL based ITSM, procurement, supply chain and financial processes.
Experience supporting global environments including international logistics and regulatory constraints.
Enterprise ITAM and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Oomnitza, ManagedEngine, Jira ITAM, or equivalent.
Asset lifecycle management, software license optimization, and audit defense.
Reporting and analytics using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
Automation and data quality improvement initiatives.
Executive presence with strong storytelling and presentation capability.
Ability to influence C level stakeholders and close complex services deals.
Data driven decision making with strong analytical skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalable services and measurable outcomes.
Salary Range
